Course Detail: PMC11100 - Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma Project Management is a dynamic new concept that leads to improved project, product, and process excellence. This course focuses on problem solving techniques for both services and manufacturing environments. Participants build skills to create new levels of process performance, speed and quality. Topics include defining and analyzing problems, root cause analysis, generating and selecting solutions, and using process variability and waste elimination tools. You will learn how to apply these powerful methods in your organization to ensure a competitive edge, improved service, and sustained performance improvement.

Prerequisite: you should have a basic knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide, or have completed Effective Project Management. (14 contact hours)
